2 Cups BOLOGNESE (MEAT) SAUCE

4 tortillas FAT-FREE TORTILLAS 8 Inch

1/4 Cup SHREDDED LOW-FAT MOZARELLA OR MONTERY JACK CHEESE

2 medium red onionS -- THINLY SLICED
 

Preparation / Directions:


WARM TORTILLAS ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. SPOON MEAT SAUCE DOWN THE CENTER OF EACH TORTILLA. ADD SCALLION SLICES AND SHREDDED CHEESE. ROLL UP AND SERVE.
