Beef Roulade

Ingredients:


1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef

1 1/2 Cups Fresh Bread Crumbs

2 large eggs

3/4 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Catsup

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1/4 Cup Chopped Parsely

1 1/2 Teaspoons Oregano

1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

20 Ounce Frozen Chopped Spinach -- Thawed

1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, catsup, parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper in bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to speed 2 and mix for 1-minute. Turn out onto waxed paper, and shape into a 10x14-inch rectangle. Place spinach in a towel and wring until very dry. Place spinach and ricotta cheese in bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to spped 2 and mx for 1 minute. Spread spinach mixture on top of meat mixture. Roll up, beginning at longest side. Press edges and ends of roll together to seal. Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
