Beef Potato Casserole

Ingredients:


1 Jar salsa

1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef

1 Teaspoon salt

1 1/2 Teaspoons granulated garlic

1 1/2 Teaspoons ground cumin

1/2 Medium sized onion (diced)

6 Medium potatoes

16 Ounces water
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Cook meat until almost done, then add spices and onion. Drain fat if needed.

2. Dice potatoes in 1" squares. Add potatoes and jar of salsa to meat.

3. Simmer until potatoes are soft. Serve.
