Baked Sesame Veal Cutlets

6 chops veal cutlets
1 large egg -- beaten
1/2 pint sour cream
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons sesame seed
1/2 cup butter

Preparation / Directions:

Dip veal into egg mixed with sour cream, then into mixture of flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, pecans and sesame seeds. Melt butter In shallow pan in hot oven (400F). Remove pan from oven. As coated pieces of veal are placed in pan, turn to coat with butter. Bake in single layer for 30 min- utes. Turn; bake 30 minutes more. If meat cannot be served immediately, reduce heat and baste with melted butter.
