Preparation / Directions:Have steak cut 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick, Pound flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt into meat until flour Is absorbed. Brown in hot shortening. Add onions, Cook until onions are limp. Blend soup and water; pour over meat. Bake, covered, at 3750 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until fork tender.
