Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients:


1 large egg

1/4 Cup milk

1/4 Cup flour

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

1 pound cubed steak
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix egg and milk bath Put flour in pan and season Dip cubed Steak in bath, Dredge in flour and fry in skillet. Fry until crust is a good golden and crunchy. You want to let your oil get good and hot. Just like you would fry chicken.
