Fritos Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients:

4 fillet top round steaks -- (ask butcher to cube for you) 6 oz.
3 large eggs -- beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour -- (seasoned with black pepper and granulated garlic)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
3 cups crushed fritos brand corn chips
1 cup oil for frying
 

Preparation / Directions:

In a bowl, mix together eggs and milk and set aside. In a second bowl, mix flour, black pepper and garlic. Coat steak with flour mixture, dip into egg mixture and roll in FRITOS® brand Corn Chips to coat (press crumbs in well to adhere). Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Place in 350ø oven for 15 minutes while preparing rest of meal.
