Salisbury Steak with Onion Gravy

10 1/2 ounces Campbells Condensed Onion Soup
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 large egg -- slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Dash pepper
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Preparation / Directions:

In bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Shap= e=20 into 6 oval patties. In skillet, brown patties; pour off fat. Gradually blen= d=20 remaining soup into flour until smooth. Add to skillet with remaining=20 ingredients; stir to loosen browned bits. Cover; cook over low heat 20=20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.=20
