Black Bean Salad

Ingredients:


2 cups green beans -- French cut

3 cups black beans -- cooked

1 cup garbanzo beans -- cooked

1 cup adzuki beans -- (or red, beans) cooked

2 medium Onions -- sliced

2 medium green peppers -- sliced

2 stalks celery -- sliced

2 medium green onions -- thin sliced

2 cups oil

1/2 cup honey

2 cloves garlic -- pressed

1 medium lemon -- juiced

1 cup white wine

1 teaspoon oregano

1 tablespoon parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing thoroughly. Chill overnight.
