Rigatoni Combination |

Ingredients:
1/2 pound Rigastoni or other pasta |
1 medium Onion |
1 clove garlic |
1/2 medium green pepper |
1 can kidney beans (16 ounce can) |
1 can tomatoe sauce (6 ounces) |
1/4 teaspoon salt Optional |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper to t aste |
1 teaspoon easpoon soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon chilli Powder |

Preparation / Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.In skillet saute onion garlic
and green pepper in oil 4 to 5 minutes or until soft.Stir in remaining
ingredients and simmer severel minutes.Drain pasta when done and stir into
sauce.Serve as is or add 1/2 cup crumbled tofu or low fat cottage cheese on
each serving
I have this recipe for a long time dont remember where I got it but when we
want to be vegetarian for I while I use this recipe it very good if you
like kidney beans
