Pear And Hazelnut Bread

Ingredients:


1 1/2 Large pears

3 Tablespoons oil

1/2 Tablespoon yeast

2 Cups bread flour

1 1/8 Cups rye flour

3 Tablespoons wheat germ

3 Tablespoons sugar

1/2 Tablespoon salt

1/2 Tablespoon fennel seeds

3 Tablespoons hazelnuts -- chopped

1/2 Cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into machine in order. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot and humid weather use 1/8 cup less water.
