Preparation / Directions:Heat oil in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic in oil stirring frequently until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans and rice. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until squash is tender. Stir in beans; heat through. Serve over rice.
