Ham Hocks And Lima Beans - Crockpot |

Ingredients:
1 pound dried lima beans* |
4 medium ham hocks -- halved |
2 pieces bay leaves |
1 medium Onion -- chopped |
1 medium bell pepper -- chopped |
2 cups chopped tomatoes |
1 cup tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/2 teaspoon papper |
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste |

Preparation / Directions:
*soaked overnight and drained Place beans in bottom of crock pot and add remaining ingredients with 1 1/2 quarts of water. Cover and cook on high 2 hours. Turn heat to low and cook, covered, 10 to 12 hours.
