Grandma Evelyn's Baked Peas

Ingredients:


6 slices bacon

2 cups stokelys honey pod peas

1 cup cream or evaporated milk

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup bread crumbs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut bacon in small pieces and brown. Add the peas, cream, salt and pepper. Put in a greased baking dish and cover with bread crumbs. Bake in a moderate oven (350 F) 20 minutes.
