Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 cup onions -- chopped |
3/4 cup cornmeal -- yellow, + 2 tbs |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 3/4 cups soymilk -- lite |
1 pound beans -- black, canned, rinsed drained |
1 pound corn -- whole kernel, canned, drained |
1 pound tomatoes -- stewed, canned |
4 ounces chilies -- green, canned, chopped |
1/4 cup nutritional yeast cheesy -- sauce |

Preparation / Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Lightly oil an 8-inch square baking pan or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cheesy sauce. Mix well. Place in prepared pan. Drop cheesy sauce on top by spoonfuls.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
