Preparation / Directions:In large pot heat oil on medium high. Add and saute onions and carrot until tender. Add pinto and black beans. Stir well. Add broth and cumin. Stir. Chop chicken into chunks and add to pot. Simmer 10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot in bowls topped with salsa and grated cheese.
Approximately 5-12 minutes.
