Babe Ruth Bars with Corn Flakes

Ingredients:


1 cup white karo syrup

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup spanish peanuts

6 cups corn flakes

5 bars regular size hersheys bars -- (5 to 6)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring syrup and sugars just to a boil. Add peanut butter and mix well. Stir in peanuts and cereal. Press into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Put candy bars on top and place in 350 degrees oven until candy bars melt, then spread evenly.
