Pit Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients:


1/2 pound butter

2 cups vinegar

2 cups ketchup

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon onion juice

1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce

1 1/2 cloves garlic -- chopped fine

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large pot, bring all ingredients to a boil and then simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Does not have to be refrigerated. Great to use for pork or beef
