North Carolina Thin Red Sauce

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups vinegar

10 tablespoons ketchup

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 dash red pepper

1 dash salt and black pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and let sit for an hour or more at room temperature to let flavors combine and mature.
