1 cup distilled white vinegar

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons Worcestershire

1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

mix all ingredients in a medium bowl,, enjoy
