Arkansas Barbecue Sauce (2 Gallon Batch)

Ingredients:


2 quarts water

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 1/2 cups Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 cups yellow mustard

1 quart catsup

1/2 cup black pepper

1/2 cup dried red pepper flakes

3 quarts red wine vinegar

1 quart white wine

1 1/2 cups salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or store in aluminum store in glass.
