Bermudan Hot Grilling Sauce

Ingredients:


3 teaspoons brown sugar

4 tablespoons pineapple juice

4 tablespoons dark rum

4 tablespoons Tabasco or Bermudan hot sauce --(like Outerbridges), up to 5 tbsp.

1 medium one orange -- Juice of

1/8 teaspoon allspice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients well, and use as a marinade, basting sauce, or dipping sauce.
