Ingredients:

1 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon red pepper

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
