Ingredients:

1/4 cup dark rum
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup fresh squeezed
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons thai chili sauce
1 tablespoon fresh ginger -- minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon dry hot mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:

Reduce the rumy by half over low heat. Combine ingredients and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. A great marinade and mop for fresh pork
