Ingredients:


2 Cup avocados diced

1 Cup very finely diced celery

1 tablespoons minced chives (very important)

1/4 Cup mayonnaise

1/2 Cup chile sauce

1/2 medium Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 Cup Chopped bacon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients except bacon, handling with a light touch. Let chile a few minutes in cold part of ice box. Serve in cocktail or sherbet glasses, or on lettuce, for a salad, and over the sop scatter, one teaspoon to the serving, the chopped bacon that has been sauteed until brown and drained. The flavor of this dish is exceptional.
