Vegetable Herb Batter

Ingredients:


1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup club soda

3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme -- chives, marjoram, and/or sage

1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix in a bowl - add up to 1/4 c club soda if the batter is too thick. Dunk your veggies and fry at 350F.
