Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients:


1 cup all purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 dash baking powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup beer

1 large egg -- beaten

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

20 ounces cauliflower frozen, thawed

2 cup Additional vegetable oil

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Add beer, egg, and 2 tbls. oil; stir until smooth. Dip cauliflower into batter; fry in deep hot oil (375 F) until golden. Drain well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
