Ingredients:


1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup garlic -- minced

3 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons sesame seeds -- toasted

1/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles

2 pounds pork tenderloin
 

Preparation / Directions:


COMBINE SOY, SUGAR, SESAME SEEDS, AND RED PEPPER FLAKES IN A BLENDER PROCESS TO THOROUGHLY MIX POUR OVER PORK COVER AND CHILL FOR 4-6 HOURS, TURNING OFTEN REMOVE FROM MARINADE SLICE THINLY ACROSS THE GRAIN GRILL UNTIL WELL BROWNED ON ALL SIDES ARRANGE ONTO A SERVING PLATTER GARNISH WITH TOASTED SESAME SEEDS SERVE HOT
