Peanut Chutney

Ingredients:


---First part

1 cup Peanuts (Roasted)

5 cloves Garlic

1 bunch Coriander leaves

1/2 cup Coconut (Grated)

2 teaspoon Red chilly powder

1 teaspoon salt

---Second part

1 teaspoon Ghee

6 pieces Cary leaves

1 teaspoon Mustered seeds

2 medium Red dry chilies
 

Preparation / Directions:


First Grained the First part ingredients keep a side then in 1 small pan put 1tsp of Ghee let it become hot then Mustered seeds, Cary leaves and red chillies then keep it for cooling for 5 minutes then pour on the top of the Chutney which is ready at in the First part. Have it with a Dosa, Roti etc.
