Berry ambrosia

Ingredients:


1 cup mini marshmellows

1 cup chunky berry yoghurt

1 cup boysenberries or similar, tinned is ok

250 milliliters whipping cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Whip cream until peaked, drain berries if in juice, fold in all ingredients. Serve on it’s own or spoon into meringue nests for a delicious dessert
