Bean and Frank Sandwiches

Ingredients:

   2      c.            pinto beans
   6                    sandwich rolls
   1      tbls.         prepared mustard
     1/2  c.            catsup
   2      tbls.         onion
   2      tbls.         pickle relish
     1/4  c.            butter
     1/4  c.            brown sugar
 
Preparation:

Combine beans, catsup, mustard, brown sugar, onion and pickle relish. Simmer oven low heat for 20 minutes. Saute frankfurters in 1 tbls. butter until heated. Halve rolls; spread with remaining butter. Toast under broiler. Place frankfurters on half of each roll. Spoon bean mixture over. Top with other half of roll. Serve hot.
