These are great at a luncheon or as an appetizer.
 

Ingredients:

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
2                       English Muffins
                        Chicken Salad
                        Sliced pineapple, canned or fresh
                        American cheese slices
 
Preparation:

Prepare chicken salad. Spread onto toasted English muffins. Put a slice of pineapple on top of chicken salad. Melt a slice of American cheese on top and serve.
