Ingredients:

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
5-10      lbs           Bag of Potatoes - Peeled 
6-12                    Eggs - Boiled
1-2                     Onions - Diced
1/2 - 1   Jar           Sweet Pickle Relish
1/2       Jar           Mayo
1-3       T             Mustard
1         Jar           Pimento
1-2       T             Sugar-Optional
 
Preparation:

Boil Whole Potatoes then cut into bite size chunks, into a very large bowl it goes. ..Boil Eggs ( add vinegar to water for easier peeling ) Peel and chop up eggs, add to potatoes...Add Sweet Pickle Relish ( some prefer chopped Pickles )...Mustard & pimento goes in next...Add Mayo and Sugar ( remember sugar & Mayo make it gooey so put enough in but not to much )...Mix, Cover & Refridgerate...Keeps well for about 3-4 Days, the 2nd Day is the best !
