Grandma Connie's Curried Chicken Spread

Ingredients:

  3               cups  cooked chicken -- ground
  1                cup  celery -- minced
  4                     hard-boiled egg -- chopped
  1           4 oz jar  pimiento -- drained
  2        tablespoons  onions -- minced
  2             cloves  garlic -- minced
  1           teaspoon  lemon juice -- fresh
  1           teaspoon  curry powder
  1           teaspoon  salt
     1/2      teaspoon  nutmeg
     1/4      teaspoon  cayenne pepper
  1 1/2           cups  mayonnaise
 

Preparation:

In large bowl mix all of the ingredients thoroughly . Cover and chill for at lest 8 hrs. . Spread on toast or butter white bread . Garnish with parsley . Makes 5 cups or 10 to 12 servings .
