     1/2           cup  dry mustard
     1/2           cup  vinegar
  1                     egg
     1/4           cup  sugar
     1/8      teaspoon  kosher salt
  1                cup  mayonnaise
 

Preparation:

combine dry mustard and vinegar-mix well cover and allow to stand for 8-48 hours combine eggs, sugar, salt, and mustard mixture in a saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir until thickened slightly remove from heat and allow to cool thoroughly add mayonnaise-mix well serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
