1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 teaspoons dry salad dressing mix -- of your choice
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
Preparation:
Bring 1/2 cup tomato juice to boil and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, blend thoroughly. Chill. Shake before serving. (Gelatin makes the dressing thick.)
