Ingredients:

  2          teaspoons  poppy seeds
     1/2           cup  sugar
     1/3           cup  honey
  1           teaspoon  onion
     1/3           cup  cider vinegar
  3          teaspoons  fresh lemon juice
  1                cup  peanut oil
  1           teaspoon  dry mustard
     1/2      teaspoon  spanish paprika
     1/4      teaspoon  kosher salt
 

Preparation:

soak poppy seeds in water for 2-3 hours strain well, set aside combine sugar, dry mustard, salt, and paprika-mix well combine with honey, vinegar, onions, and lemon juice in a food processor process until smooth and well blended stir in poppy seeds cover and chill for 2-48 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
