Homemade Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:

  5                     anchovy fillets
  2              large  cloves garlic
  1         tablespoon  dijon mustard
  3        tablespoons  lemon juice
     1/2      teaspoon  worcestershire sauce
  2        tablespoons  liquid egg substitute
     3/4           cup  vegetable oil
 

Preparation:

Chop anchovies and garlic in a food processor. Add all other ingredients except oil. Mix with several pulses. With the processor running, add oil in a thin stream. Use as needed, stor in refrigerator for up to one week. Makes 1 cup.
