Lowfat Vegan Salad Dressing or Marinade

Ingredients:

                        Juice from 1 small lemon or lime
     1/4           Cup  water
  1           Teaspoon  pickle juice (finally a use fer that
                        stuff)
                        a few pinches/shakes of dill (ground or
                        whole) or other favorite seasonings
 

Preparation:

Toss with salad in large bowl and chill until yer too hungry to wait any longer. Serve before the salad turns yucky brown. It's perty good - surprised me! Salad Suggestions: Fresh Spinach, Diced Pickles, Shredded Cabbage. Diced Tomatoes, Leaf Lettuce, Green Onions, Sprouts, Mushrooms, Carrots .
