Honey Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  1                cup  milk
     1/2           cup  honey
  1           teaspoon  cinnamon
     1/4      teaspoon  ginger
  1              pinch  ground cloves
  1                cup  pumpkin puree -- (or solid pack

                        -- 1/2)
                        pumpkin)
  1 1/2           cups  cream
 

Preparation:

Beat eggs and milk together in a large saucepan. Add honey. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened (approx. 10 min). Let cool. Stir in spices, pumpkin and cream; chill thoroughly. Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's direction
