Preparation:
Place 2 teaspoons of olive oil in grill pan. When hot, grill mushrooms for 2
to 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
Sauce: Saute onions in small saute pan, until translucent, add cream,
crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, chicken base, salt and pepper. Constantly stir
for 5 minutes. On a 6-inch plate, spoon sauce, place 1 grilled Portobello
mushroom in center. Lightly drizzle more sauce over the mushroom.
