Grilled Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  15      large         mushrooms -- up to 20
     1/3  cup           wish-bone olive oil italian dressing
   1      cup           loosely packed fresh basil leaves
     1/2  cup           loosely packed fresh parsley
     1/4  cup           grated parmesan cheese
     1/8  teaspoon      pepper
     3/4  cup           fresh bread crumbs
 

Preparation:

Remove and finely chop mushroom stems; set aside. In food processor or blender, process olive oil Italian dressing, basil, parsley, cheese and pepper until blended. In small bowl, thoroughly combine dressing mixture, bread crumbs and reserved stems. Evenly spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Grill loosely covered OR, on lightly greased baking sheet bake at 375`, uncovered 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
