Grilled Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:

  4             medium  baking potatoes
  8                     toes garlic
                        fresh parsley sprigs
                        fresh rosemary sprigs
  2        tablespoons  olive oil
  2        tablespoons  butter
     1/2      teaspoon  garlic salt -- up to 1, up to
 

Preparation:

Cooking spray Scrub potatoes and peel, if preferred. Slice potatoes into 1/4" x 1/4" x 2" "shoestrings". Peel garlic and slice. Spray a large square of heavy duty foil with cooking spray. Place potatoes and garlic in center. Place parsley and rosemary sprigs atop potatoes. Pour olive oil over all and dot with butter. Sprinkle all with garlic salt to taste. Fold foil in half and seal entire length. Then fold up ends of pouch and seal ends. Place on grill as soon as grill is lighted for preheating. Let potatoes cook 15 minutes and turn the pouch over. Cook another 15 minutes. (Pouch will puff up if sealed properly.)
