Presto Pita Pockets

Ingredients:

   2      large         pita pockets
   1      cup           precooked turkey -- chunked
     1/2  cup           store bought ham luncheon slices -- sliced
     1/2  cup           chunked swiss cheese
     1/2  cup           chunked cheddar cheese
   1      large         tomato -- thinly sliced
   1      medium        red onion -- thinly sliced
     1/2  cup           alfalfa sprouts
                        sweet and sour dressing -- ( in the bottle)
   2      tablespoons   minced parsley
 

Preparation:

In a microwave oven heat pita bread until just warm (about 15 seconds), careful not to cook too long or pita bread will become tough. Slice one =D2end" of the pita bread and open it up as a pocket. In each pita pocket, fill with turkey, ham, Swiss and cheddar cheese, tomato and red onion. Add sprouts on top of filling. Pour sweet and sour dressing over the top of the filling. To serve, sprinkle parsley on top. Approximately 4 minutes.
