                        lettuce leaves
  1             medium  cucumber -- thinly sliced
  1             medium  tomato -- thinly sliced
  1             medium  bell pepper -- cut into rings
  1             medium  zucchini -- thinly sliced
  4        thin slices  red onion
  4                     pita breads -- (6 inch diameter),
                        -- cut in half
                        ***CHEESY DIPPING SAUCE***
  1                jar  process cheese spread -- (16 oz)
  2        tablespoons  milk
     1/2           cup  chopped tomato
     1/2           cup  sliced green onion with tops
                        ***CREAMY DIPPING SAUCE***
     1/2           cup  creamy italian dressing
     1/4           cup  sour cream
     1/4           cup  mayonnaise
     1/4           cup  milk
 

Preparation:

Prepard desired Dipping Sauce. Layer letuce, beef and veggies in pita halves. Serve with sauce. Cheesy Dipping Sauce: Heat cheese spred and milk in 1 1/2 qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Stir in tomato and onions. Serve warm. Creamy Dipping Sauce: Mix all ingredients.
