Ingredients:

   2      tablespoons   honey
   1      carton        vanilla low-fat yogurt -- (8-ounce)
   1      can           pineapple chunks in juice -- (8-ounce) undrained
     1/2  cup           ice cubes
 

Preparation:

This shake is not only delicious, but it also has less than 2 grams of fat and as much calcium as a glass of milk. Refrigerate the other serving for a treat later in the day. Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. With blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time; process until smooth.
