Strawberry-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  4                     ripe strawberries -- stemmed
     1/2                ripe mango -- peeled
     1/4           cup  plain low-fat yogurt
  3        tablespoons  club soda
  2          teaspoons  sugar
                        ice cubes
 

Preparation:

Put two strawberries, the mango, yogurt, club soda and sugar in the blender. Puree until smooth. Add several cubes of ice and blend until smooth. Continue adding ice until desired consistency is reached. Pour into glasses and garnish each with additional strawberries.
