Ingredients:

   2      tablespoons   instant coffee or instant decaffeinated

   2      cups          hot brewed coffee or decaffeinated coffee
   2      ounces        irish whiskey or -- up to 3
   1      teaspoon      brandy extract
   4      teaspoons     sugar

Preparation:

1. Dissolve instant coffee in brewed coffee; add whiskey and sugar. 2. Pour into large goblets or coffee cups; sweeten with additional sugar, if desired.
