Ingredients:

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   1      large Can     diced pineapples in Their own juice
   1      cup           Finely sliced strawberries
   3-4    cups          Crushed ice as you wish
 

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until smooth. I use this recipe almost every other day substituting all different types of fruit.
