Ingredients:

   6                    canned apricot halves
   1      jigger        light rum -- (1 1/2 ounces)
   2      tablespoons   light corn syrup
     3/4  cup           milk
                        ground cinnamon
 

Preparation:

1. Place apricots, rum and corn syrup in blender container; cover; blend on high speed 10 seconds, or until smooth. 2. Add milk; cover; blend on high speed 10 seconds, or until frothy. 3. Pour into tall glass; sprinkle with cinnamon.
